Without payment we are unable to finish the house enough to make it livable. When texting the line, no payment has been issued. The company has a text line set up to check the status of the payment. No check has been issued and once again tomorrow there will be no check in the mail. The representative explained that I should have seen the payment on the claim weeks ago, even stated that he would be expediting the claim for payment. Last Friday, someone finally called me back about the claim. That call back has only happened once in the past 8 weeks. ![]() I have called the insurance company numerous times over the past 8 weeks (2-3 times a week) but no one ever answers the phone, I am prompted to leave a call back number for a representative to call me back.
